Sun Born Natural Products Revises Agreement Concerning N. CA Football League
Sun Born becomes official sponsor of the Football Officials of America (FOA), and Minor League Football Ventures, (MLFV). Gives FOA & MLFV exclusive distribution rights for their pain relief and sports training product - Herbal Chi Balm
GRASS VALLEY, CA, November 14, 2011 /California PR News/ -- Just after Sun Born closed an exclusive Agreement with the NCFL that gave territory distribution rights to the league for Sun Born's Herbal Chi Balm, and sponsorship to Sun Born, the league changed hats. The NCFL will become a member of an established football alliance and under a new umbrella, but at press time, it is not clear which organization they will join. The change caused Sun Born to revise its former Agreement with the league, and to create new terms.
A revised Agreement was made between the initiating parties that will now make Sun Born the official sponsor of the Football Officials of America (FOA) and the Minor League Football Ventures, LLC (MLFV). The MLFV has teams in in California, Oregon, and Washington state.
In return, Sun Born gave exclusive national rights to the FOA to distribute Herbal Chi Balm to officials, such as the National Association of Sports Officials (NASO), and similar organizations across America. Selected territory distribution rights were given to the MLFV. The all natural balm is used for pain relief and sports training.
As before, the Agreement will raise money for the these organizations through sales of Herbal Chi Balm to all the minor league teams within the organization, and to officials in all sports nationwide. As a sponsor, Sun Born will contribute a generous portion of the proceeds to the organizations.
Sun Born, the FOA, and MLFV will support each others efforts by providing reciprocal promotion on their respective websites, literature, banners, and other marketing material.
Commissioner Gus Lopez, and Sun Born's president Roland G. Ludlow finalized the revised Agreement this week.
"Commissioner Lopez and I have put together a revised Agreement, and we are both very satisfied with the terms", said Roland G. Ludlow, president of Sun Born Natural Products Company.
